Covid-19 Updates (as of 28th October 2021)

To make our class safe and enjoyable for everyone, we are going to introduce the following precaution measures and updated class practices which will be reflected to our T&C. Alongside of the following information, please refer to a message from Chika as well.

Cooking Class Structure

  • Class Size: maximum 6 participants per class

  • Class Duration: Strictly keep under 2.5 hours to avoid people staying in one place for long period of time.

Class Location

The class location will at 52 Norwood Place, Flemington VIC 3031, upstairs of our local business friend, Wheel Women Cycling's office.

Vaccination

To follow the Victorian Government Order, all participants over the age of 12 years and 2 months must be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be required upon your arrival. Information about the proof of vaccination can be found from Coronavirus (COVID-19) Victoria

Precaution measures : what we do for you and the cooking class

  • The cooking class premises to be thoroughly sanitised each class session.

  • Cooking stations where participants cook to be allocated minimum 1.5 m apart.

  • Gloves, face masks and hand sanitiser to be provided to all participants.

  • Hygiene induction to be conducted at the start of each class.

Precaution measures : how you can help us

  • Stay at home if you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms, or you have been advised to self-isolate by a health authority.

  • Arrive on time for your class to minimise contact and to maximise the 2.5 hours class time.

  • Wash your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds, using soap and water at the start of class.

  • Wear provided gloves and face mask throughout the class if requested at the start of class.

  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, then discard the tissue, otherwise cough/sneeze into your elbow.

  • Wash your hands after blowing your nose, coughing, sneezing, or using the toilet during the class.

Collection of contact details 

To support Victorian Department of Health and Human Services' contact tracing procedure, we collect all participants' name and contact phone number. If you make a booking for more than 2 person or on behalf of an actual participant, you will be required to provide contact details of the participant(s) prior to the class. You will be also required to check-in via the Service Victoria App on your arrival.
